We assign highest priority on support tickets from Omega class assets related issues and Premium SLA customers. This groups receive our help 24 hours 7 days a week and 365 days in a year. 

Normal SLA working for following time window: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. till 10 p.m. by CET.

If you need Premium SLA - contact our support team via service desk portal and request possible options. Price is not constant and depends on current active Premium SLA contracts amount.
